How it works

A Build Sequence, Not a Campaign Blast.

Outbound fails when it starts with sending. We build the targeting, infrastructure and messaging first, then scale volume only as the signals justify it.

The system

The Six Stages We Operate

Six stages, sequenced and operated as one loop. Each stage feeds the next, and each one is measured.

  1. Stage 01 / 06

    Strategy

Define ICP, market segments, offers, positioning and campaign strategy.

  2. Stage 02 / 06

    Data

Build highly targeted prospect lists using multiple data sources, enrichment and qualification criteria.

  3. Stage 03 / 06

    Infrastructure

Build and manage the technical infrastructure required to run outbound campaigns safely and at scale.

  4. Stage 04 / 06

    Messaging

Develop personalised messaging, sequences and campaign angles designed around the prospect's problems and desired outcomes.

  5. Stage 05 / 06

    Outreach

Launch coordinated outbound campaigns across appropriate channels.

  6. Stage 06 / 06

    Optimisation

Analyse campaign performance, test new angles and continuously improve targeting, messaging and conversion.

The first 90 days

What actually happens, week by week.

  1. 01Week 1

    Strategy and scope

We define the ideal customer profile, the segments worth testing first, the offer we lead with, and the qualification criteria a booked meeting has to meet.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Infrastructure build

Sending domains, mailboxes, authentication records and warm-up are configured. LinkedIn accounts and CRM tracking are prepared alongside.

  3. 03Weeks 2–3

    Data and messaging

Contact lists are built and verified against the ICP. Sequences are written per segment, with variants set up so results can be attributed to a specific change.

  4. 04Weeks 3–4

    Launch

Volume ramps deliberately while deliverability is monitored. Replies are handled by us, qualified against the agreed criteria, then booked into your calendar.

  5. 05Month 2 onward

    Optimisation

Weekly reviews of reply quality, meeting quality and segment performance. Losing variants are retired, winning angles are expanded, and new segments are introduced.
